Petrányi Dóra is a Partner at CMS. She leads a market-leading practice operating at the intersection of technology, regulation, and strategic business transformation, and is a recognized expert across all areas of technology, media, and communications. She has extensive experience in both Hungarian and international regulatory matters. Her areas of expertise include artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection and GDPR, as well as competition law, intellectual property, commercial contracts, corporate restructurings, and M&A. She established CMS’s global outsourced legal services centre in Budapest and continues to lead it from there. She is Co-Chair of the Regulatory and Ethics Committee of the Hungarian Artificial Intelligence Coalition and a member of the international board of the Global Telecom Women’s Network. She has co-authored numerous industry-specific publications and is a regular speaker at prestigious international forums, including the World Economic Forum in Davos, Mobile World Congress, and ECTA conferences.
