Judit Horváth

Judit Horváth holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Throughout her career, her work has focused on operational excellence, lean management principles, and the development of efficient and sustainable manufacturing and supply chain systems. In recent years, as a project manager, she supported the ramp-up of the BMW Group’s Debrecen plant, contributing in a steering role to the successful launch of the facility.

She currently serves as Head of Production System at BMW Manufacturing Hungary Kft., where she is responsible for driving the transformation of the three strategic pillars of iFACTORY. Her responsibilities include developing the plant strategy, implementing resource-optimized operations, advancing digitalization and innovation, and strengthening the lean culture and continuous improvement. Her work focuses on creating an intelligent, human-centric, and data-driven manufacturing environment that combines operational excellence with state-of-the-art technological solutions.
