About

Certified public health specialist and development policy consultant. He obtained his scientific doctorate in 2021, in which he examined the complex psychomotor development of early childhood and highlighted that the values ​​inherent in health data generated in primary care for children have much more potential. He has been involved in software support for health care since 2013 and is committed to the fact that the secondary use of health data, in addition to ensuring quality patient care, boosts research and innovation, and is also convinced that good quality health data holds an incomprehensible amount of opportunities. He has nearly 10 years of experience in designing IT software and coordinating IT developments. He has performed IT process manager, lead coordinator and health expert tasks in several projects implemented from domestic and European Union sources. Between 2012 and 2017, he strengthened the IT project team of the National Chief Medical Officer's Office (currently the National Public Health Center), between 2017 and 2022, he participated in numerous healthcare IT projects at the National Hospital Directorate General, and was responsible for the development of the central hospital integrated management systems and medical laboratory diagnostic systems.

Under his project management, the national introduction of the Central Financial Authorization System was implemented in all state-run inpatient care institutions. He is currently also paying special attention to the development of domestic digital healthcare.
