About

In 2007, he was awarded the Pro Scientia Gold Medal. In 2014, he earned his PhD summa cum laude in the field of neuro-biomechanics.

He has been working in football since 2011, initially as the national coach of UEFA/FIFA-licensed referees and later as head of the Hungarian Football Federation’s fitness coaching course. He has also worked as a fitness coach and sports science expert for the national youth teams.

Since 2020, he has served as the Government Commissioner responsible for state-recognized sports academies. From 2022, he was Director of the National Sports Agency Nonprofit Ltd., and since 2025, he has been Director for Sports Programs at the National Institute for Sports Development and Methodology.

He is an Associate Professor at the Hungarian University of Sports Science and the Head of the MSc Sports Performance Analysis program. He is the author of numerous sports science textbooks and publications, a speaker at scientific and sport-specific conferences, and an active member of the sports science community.
