Zoltán Andrejkovics

Zoltán Andrejkovics has been Senior AI Expert at VCC Live since 2025, the omnichannel contact-center platform through which tens of thousands of real customer calls run every day. He spent more than ten years in web development, in both operational and managerial roles, before moving into AI, including nearly two years in an AI engineering team (2024–2025). As a PhD candidate at Corvinus University he researched natural language processing (NLP) and AI applied to knowledge management, and he is the author of *Together: AI and Human* and *The Invisible Game*. Within AI, his favorite areas are short- and long-term knowledge storage and consolidation, and emotionally intelligent AI agents.
