Zoltán "Pepe" Major

Zoltán “Pepe” Major is the Chief Experience Officer at Dentsu Creative Hungary, Head of the agency’s Experience Design team, and also leads Dentsu Lab in Central Europe. In his work, he connects creative thinking with artificial intelligence, leading the development of AI-powered products and customer experiences that shape our everyday interactions with global brands. One example is Oraculo, dentsu’s proprietary platform that makes brands’ AI visibility measurable. As a product designer, he believes that technology only truly matters when it creates tangible value, and this is exactly the mindset he brings to the stage.
