Maciej Szymanski

Maciej is an AI & Automation Consultant at Grant Thornton Digital, specializing in practical applications of artificial intelligence, enterprise AI adoption, and automation. He combines consulting, facilitation, and technology expertise to help organizations turn AI from a promising concept into measurable business value. Beyond his professional work, he is actively involved in the Polish AI ecosystem as a coordinator of community initiatives within Bielik AI, a member of the expert group supporting the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO), and a mentor in the AI Impact Lab / Tech To The Rescue program. He regularly designs and delivers executive workshops, AI training programs, and innovation initiatives focused on responsible and effective AI adoption.
