Tibor Kovács

Tibor Kovács is a defining leader in the Hungarian media market, with nearly three decades of senior executive and industry experience. Between 2019 and 2026, he served as CEO of Ringier Hungary, leading the publisher of titles including Blikk, GLAMOUR and Auto Bild. Previously, he headed the Hungarian Publishers’ Association for sixteen years. He is currently President of the Hungarian Reprographic Alliance and a member of the Supervisory Board of WAN-IFRA, the international media organization. He examines the rise of artificial intelligence from leadership, business and social perspectives. He is particularly interested in how AI is transforming the operations, business models and editorial structures of the media, as well as its impact on copyright, credible information and public trust.
