About

István Rézsó has nearly 25 years of experience in the Hungarian commercial real estate market. He began his career at DTZ in 2002 as a property manager, before moving on to become Head of Real Estate Management for Nokia in Central and Eastern Europe.

From 2010, he was responsible for the operation of office buildings within the Hungarian portfolio of GLL Real Estate (now Manova Partners). Since 2014, he has been a key member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services business, initially serving as Director of Business Development and, since January 2024, as Head of the business line.

His more than two decades of experience, close cooperation with both local and international clients, and the international support of Cushman & Wakefield have given him a comprehensive understanding of the Hungarian and wider regional commercial real estate market.
