András Sztaniszláv began his career as a journalist. His consultancy firm, PersonaR, has been active in the market since 2005. Over the years, he has advised clients across the corporate, governmental, and non-profit sectors, including startups, business leaders, and agencies. His work primarily involves collaboration with internal communications teams, agencies, and project groups in the areas of organisational development and strategic planning. Most recently, he served as interim leader of the International Communications Consultancy Organisation. He is a Chartered PR Practitioner, a CMS-certified consultant and auditor with international accreditation, and a member of the CIPR. In 2018, he received the PRO.PR Global Award in recognition of his achievements. He is currently the President of the Hungarian PR Association.
