Mezei Fruzsina is a health economist and health policy expert whose work focuses on health technology assessment (HTA) and the market access of innovative digital health technologies and medical devices. As a consultant and mentor, she works with technology developers and organizes digital innovation and market access training programs and bootcamps.She contributes to the European harmonization of digital health technology assessment. Commissioned by EIT Health, she coordinated the European Digital Medical Devices Taskforce and currently leads a work package within the EDiHTA project at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Rome.She is a regular speaker and panelist at national and international professional forums and teaches as a guest lecturer at Semmelweis University and the University of Malta. She is the author of several scientific publications and has received publication awards for two first-author papers. She works as a digital health expert at Medistance.She earned her undergraduate degree from Durham University, a master's degree in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from Eötvös Loránd University, and a PhD in Innovation Management from Óbuda University.
