Szabolcs Molnár-Bognár

Molnár-Bognár Szabolcs, known as Szabi, is Co-General Manager and Head of Operations at Diverzum. He previously worked as a team leader in the lighting technology industry before joining Diverzum two and a half years ago. He started as Head of Operations and was soon promoted to Co-General Manager. With his contribution, the team has grown to more than 30 people, while the company’s operations have increasingly shifted towards AI and automation. Under Szabi’s leadership, AI-based solutions have been integrated into operational, HR and financial processes, enabling the team to make decisions and move forward faster, with less manual work. He believes that in a growing company, AI is not a separate project, but a natural part of everyday operations. This is the mindset he will bring to AI Summit as well.
