Founder, Zenty | Lawyer, Legal Tech Strategist

About

Schultz Balázs is a lawyer and technology entrepreneur, and the founder of Zenty, a legaltech platform that is transforming company formation requiring legal assistance into a fully digital, AI-driven process — demonstrating in practice what the future of legal services can look like.A two-time world champion in international moot court competitions, he began his career at the highest level of legal advocacy and today explores what remains of the legal profession when AI takes over the lion’s share of the work. In recent years, he has led the AI transformation of law firms, from automating legal processes to redesigning organizational operations. He also works at the intersection of technology and law in the public sector: as Senior Adviser to the Secretary General at the Office of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, and as Adviser to the Rector of the Ludovika University of Public Service. He is also the co-founder of a legaltech consultancy operating between Budapest and Washington, building cross-border solutions at the intersection of AI, law, and diplomacy. He graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) and was a member of the István Bibó College for Advanced Studies. He firmly believes that AI will not replace lawyers, but will fundamentally reshape the structure of legal work — and that in this transformation, Hungary can play a role not as a follower, but as a shaper.
