János Horváth Varga is the Head of Magyar Telekom’s AI and Contact Center Competence Center. He graduated as a computer science engineer from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Throughout his career, he has gained experience in software development, networking, IT security and customer service technologies, first as a development engineer and later as an architect.
Since the launch of Magyar Telekom’s virtual assistant Vanda in 2018, he has been leading the artificial intelligence developments of Telekom’s Enterprise Unit. His area focuses on the implementation and deployment of AI and customer service technologies for enterprise clients.
Under his leadership, the AI CC Competence Center created Telekom’s CoMind AI platform, which provides clients with a simple and secure framework for introducing AI usage. A key focus of his work is ensuring that AI technologies are integrated into the everyday operations of Telekom’s enterprise clients in a secure, scalable way that creates real business value.
