About

Máté Siket is an Assistant Professor at Óbuda University. His research focuses on the modeling and simulation of blood glucose levels in patients with type 1 diabetes. He earned his BSc degree in Mechatronics Engineering and MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and later pursued his PhD studies at Óbuda University. Alongside his doctoral studies, he worked as a researcher at the Institute for Computer Science and Control (SZTAKI) of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA) and the Eötvös Loránd Research Network (ELKH). He subsequently spent one year as a postdoctoral researcher at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he continued his work on digital diabetes technologies.
