His responsibilities include overseeing the entire domestic digital commerce and IT strategy. Together with his team, he is responsible for e-commerce operations (1P direct sales and 3P Marketplace), the mobile application, customer service (CRC), and the nationwide IT infrastructure. His main mission is to ensure the highest level of customer experience across all channels—whether through e-commerce platforms, the mobile app, or customer service interactions.
