
Publishing Communications Specialist and Editor
SHe began her career in 1992 as a project manager at the Cultural Management Training Programme of Eötvös Loránd University. From 1993 to 1998, she worked at the Hungarian Film Institute as a film distributor and programme editor. Between 1998 and 2000, she was a production manager at InterCom. In 2000, she became a magazine manager at Magyar Kiadványterjesztő Rt., followed by a position as magazine manager at Egmont Hungary Publishing. From 2001 to 2006, she worked as a PR and marketing specialist at Európa Publishing, and from 2007 to 2013, she was Head of Communications at the Líra publishing group. In 2013–2014, she worked as Managing Director and Marketing Manager at Kedd Ltd., followed by a PR and marketing position at Partvonal Publishing from 2015 to 2017. Since 2011, she has also worked as a publishing editor for various publishing houses, including Athenaeum, Kalligram, Partvonal, 21. Század, Next 21, Agave, Anassa, Könyvmolyképző, Multiverzum, Figura, Central, Animus and Café Communications. sHe has also worked as a creative editor and editor on behalf of authors, including Tünde Bagó, Zsuzsa Rácz, Magdolna Wallacher, Ágnes Rajacsics, Gábor Köves, Péter Koncz, Ildikó Szigeti, Ferenc Patkós, Emőke Székely and Júlia Éva Tóth. Since 2017, she has worked as an entrepreneur, providing communications services and PR and marketing consultancy to publishing houses, including 21. Század, Next Publishing, Könyvmolyképző, Agave, Prae, Multiverzum and Figura. Since 2012, she has also worked as an arts manager for Hungarian authors, developing communication campaigns and organizing event tours for writers and artists including Krisztina Tóth, Judit Hidas, Benedek Totth, László Kürti, Kinga Tóth, Mihály Kornis, Gergely Légrádi, Tünde Bagó, Tamás Bartal, Emese Gyimesi and Ildikó Lipták. Key projects include serving as Head of Communications for the Budapest International Book Festival and the Budapest Book Week in 2018, overseeing communications for the Budapest Grand Novel in 2023, and leading the communications campaign for Bookmate in 2024.
