Szabolcs Zvara

Szabolcs Zvara is the Head of Innovation and Development and Master Trainer at the Agora Institute. He has 20 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years as a trainer and consultant. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the training and development of more than 20,000 participants across nearly 90 companies. In his work, he combines experiential learning and practical, immediately applicable methods with the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence. He is currently developing AI-supported solutions for training facilitation, organizational diagnostics, and leadership development.
