Dr. Tibor János Kis

Dr. János Tibor Kis, MD, PhD has been working in diabetes care for more than 20 years. He is a specialist in internal medicine and diabetology, and Head of the Diabetology Department at North Buda Saint John’s Hospital and Clinics. He has extensive international research experience, having previously worked as a physician-researcher at the Joslin Diabetes Center at Harvard University, where he studied the immunological background of type 1 diabetes. His key areas of expertise include insulin pump therapy, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and modern diabetes care. For nearly 15 years, he has supported the work of the Egy Csepp Figyelem Alapítvány as an expert, serving as an educator in teacher training programs and as the author and reviewer of numerous professional materials.
