Rikard Steiber is an entrepreneurial senior executive and builder of global technology businesses, with a front-row seat on how AI is reshaping products, companies, and everyday life. He is Founder & CEO of GoodTrust, which uses AI to democratize digital estate planning and protection for everyone. Over his career he has built and scaled global businesses at Google, Modern Times Group, and HTC VIVE—launching products across 60+ markets and reaching hundreds of millions of users, with a proven track record of turning vision into execution across product, go-to-market, and global growth. Today he is Operating Partner (US) at Luminar Ventures and advisor to global leaders (Ericsson, EQT) and frontier AI startups including D-ID (AI avatars), Intent HQ (edge AI), Incredible (voice-first AI agents), Einride (autonomous electric transport), Jetson (eVTOL), and Elonroad (electric roads)—supporting US expansion, go-to-market, and investor access. He is a former board member of Cision and Scandic Hotels. Rikard is the author of Digital Legacy and Supercharge Your Life with AI, an international keynote speaker (MWC, CES, GDC, IBC), and guest lecturer at Harvard, Stanford, and MIT. He is also a future astronaut with Virgin Galactic and founder of WIT – Women in Tech Nordics.
