Dr. Wulong Liu

Dr. Wulong Liu is the Founder and CEO of Beta Infinity, an embodied AI company developing next-generation consumer robotics. He received his Ph.D. from Tsinghua University and then joined Huawei, where he served as a Reinforcement Learning Research Scientist, Director of the AI Lab in Canada, and Director of the AI Infrastructure Lab. During his tenure, he led research and engineering efforts spanning autonomous driving, robotics, reinforcement learning, and large-scale AI infrastructure. Dr. Liu has authored more than 100 publications in leading AI conferences and journals, with over 2,500 Google Scholar citations. He has also served as an Area Chair for the Conference on Robot Learning (CoRL) and received the Best Systems Paper Award at CoRL 2020. In early 2026, he founded Beta Infinity with the vision of bringing embodied intelligence into everyday life by developing personalized, continuously evolving consumer robots.
