Creative director
Mito
He studied economics but never graduated. This became a recurring topic at every Sunday family lunch—until, at the age of 28, he became Creative Director at Mito. That was more than 12 years ago. Since then, his mother has been much more relaxed. He, on the other hand, has not. He is constantly driven by the challenge of helping clients find the best possible creative solutions while ensuring that the best people at Mito get to work on the best projects under the best possible conditions. Ever since he won his district’s history competition at the age of 12—and convinced his mother to exchange the Bible he received as a prize for the very first Harry Potter book—he has been passionate about nurturing young talent. This is one of the reasons why Mito launched Intro, its creative training program, which has already helped more than 30 junior creatives start their careers. He also leads the talent development team at the Hungarian Association of Communication Agencies (MAKSZ). And if anyone is wondering what gift to buy him, the answer is simple: a vintage football shirt. After all, every creative professional needs at least one slightly ridiculous—and preferably expensive—hobby. He chose collecting retro football jerseys.
