PharmDr. Karin Bacmanakova is Managing Director of Bristol Myers Squibb for Hungary and the Czech Republic. She has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including leadership roles across Central and Eastern Europe in oncology, immunology and innovative medicines. Throughout her career, Karin has been committed to improving patient access to innovation, fostering cross-sector healthcare collaboration and supporting the adoption of new technologies that can strengthen health systems. She has been actively involved in initiatives ranging from advanced therapies and digital health to AI-driven healthcare innovation, including projects focused on earlier diagnosis and more efficient patient pathways. At the AI Healthcare Summit, she will share perspectives on how international collaboration, innovation and emerging technologies can contribute to more sustainable and patient-centred healthcare systems.
