Lawyer, legal informatics expert, and Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (D.Sc.). He earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Miskolc. Between 1996 and 2018, he held various positions in legal publishing and legal informatics, serving as both Publishing Director and Legal Informatics Consultant. He obtained his Ph.D. in Legal Informatics in 2012, completed his habilitation in 2021, and was awarded the Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (D.Sc.) title in 2026 for his monograph Platform Law. He is currently a Research Professor at the Institute for Information Society of the Ludovika University of Public Service (National University of Public Service). His research focuses on the regulation of digital platforms and artificial intelligence. He is the author of more than 130 scholarly publications and three academic monographs.
