Ms. Michelle Li has over 16 years of experience in international science and technology cooperation, technology commercialization, and corporate management. Her expertise includes business planning, partner matching, IP protection, and team building. She has successfully mentored numerous overseas SMEs entering the Chinese market through exports, joint ventures, and licensing, and is now supporting Chinese high-tech companies going global. She now serves as Vice President of Coway International TechTrans Co., Ltd., the previous tech transfer arm of Tsinghua University. She also served as a Board Member of Lisam China (with Belgian partners), CaliRotor (with U.S. collaboration), and Shanghai Coway (in partnership with the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality). She co-founded the Open Worldwide Innovation Network (OWIN) with partners such as Texas A&M University (USA), Wallonia Export-Investment Agency (Belgium), and Trade and Investment Queensland (Australia) to promote global business alliances. She is also an Executive Board Member of the Beijing Technology Market Association, and an expert advisor to the Ministry of Science and Technology’s Technology Transfer Manager Capacity Building Committee.
