Center for Global AI Innovative Governance in Fudan University
ZHANG Shuyan is a PhD. Candidate in the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University. He also works as the research assistant in the International Research Institute of Global Cyberspace Governance and the Center for Global AI Innovative Governance in Fudan University. His research interests include global AI governance, sovereign AI, AI and international relations theory, etc. His researches have been published in top Chinese IR journals including “Journal of International Security Studies” and “The Journal of International Studies”. He has also worked as the focal point of Asia-Europe Foundation since 2023 to provide administrative support for the ASEF Higher Education Innovation Laboratory (ASEFInnoLab Series). In this event, he collaborated with experts from international organizations such as UNESCO and IGF to publish theme papers and series of policy reports on the reform of higher education in the AI era.
