Kevin Kachidza is the Founder & CEO of WorkPal AI, an AI startup building practical tools for training, workflow simulation, compliance, and safer AI adoption. With a background in banking, fraud prevention, and compliance, Kevin brings a practical perspective on how organizations can adopt AI responsibly while building trust with employees, customers, and partners.

His work focuses on helping teams move from AI awareness to real-world implementation, including multilingual products, education technology, enterprise training, and workflow tools for regulated environments.
