Janza Ákos

Ákos Janza is the President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary (AmCham Hungary) and Global Head of AI & HR Transformation and Office Operations at MSCI. He will remain with MSCI until July 1, after which he will continue his career at Masterplast Nyrt., a Central European building materials manufacturer, as Head of Corporate Transformation and CEO of its volumetric modular business unit. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, where he has held senior leadership positions in corporate transformation and operational management. In his global role, he plays a key role in increasing organizational efficiency and driving innovation. He earned his MBA from Purdue University and Central European University. Throughout his career, he has been committed to advancing business transformation and leadership development, contributing to the evolution of corporate best practices. His passion for mentoring and preparing future leaders has significantly shaped the next generation of professionals in the financial services industry.
