Janza Ákos

Ákos Janza is the President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary (AmCham Hungary) and Head of Corporate Transformation at Masterplast Nyrt., a Central European building materials manufacturer, where he also serves as CEO of the company’s volumetric modular business unit.Prior to joining Masterplast in July 2025, Ákos spent more than 20 years in the financial services industry, most recently at MSCI, where he served as Managing Director, Global Head of AI & HR Transformation and Office Operations. In this global role, he led major transformation initiatives focused on organizational efficiency, innovation, AI adoption, and the evolution of the workplace.Throughout his career, Ákos has held senior leadership positions spanning corporate transformation, operations, technology, and organizational development. He earned his MBA from Purdue University and Central European University.Alongside his executive roles, he has remained actively engaged in the broader business community, with a particular focus on competitiveness, business transformation, leadership development, and the practical application of AI in organizations. He is also passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of business leaders.
