My name is Marcell Ducsai, and I am a co-founder and executive at Nexly. Based in Veszprém, Hungary, our company develops custom AI solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, including voice-based customer service systems, CRM integrations, chatbots, and business process automation. We collaborate on research projects with the University of Pannonia and work with a growing network of partners.
At Nexly, I lead our SaaS development strategy, building a global portfolio of mini-SaaS products while actively shaping the company's product and service development. My primary interest lies in transforming artificial intelligence into practical, measurable business solutions—systems that deliver tangible value and meaningfully reduce the operational burden on Hungarian businesses.
