Rozália Miklós

Rozália Miklós is Managing Director at MSCI. MSCI is a leading provider of research-based data, analytics and index solutions for the global investment community.

At MSCI, Rozália leads the global R&D Quality and Architecture team and oversees the company’s Budapest office, which has more than 500 employees. Her work focuses on the architecture and validation of research and development systems, giving her direct insight into how AI can be integrated responsibly and reliably into investment risk management and portfolio decision-making.

She is also committed to supporting women in leadership. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the WILL Foundation for Women Leaders and an active mentor in several mentoring programs. In 2024, she received the “Manager of the Year for Business Culture” Special Award from the Hungarian Association of Executives and KPMG.
